Loo Sile is a highly qualified training consultant with expertise in adult and continuing education, social enterprise management, and learning and performance. She holds a WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), a Diploma in Social Enterprise Management from Republic Polytechnic, an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), and a General Insurance certification.

With more than 5 years of experience in the education and training industry, Loo Sile is presently a training consultant for training providers in Singapore. In this role, she has been instrumental in developing WSQ courseware for her clients since 2021, contributing to the development of training materials and programs that are designed to meet the needs of adult learners.
